Our documentation will allow you to adjust the loss even if you can’t visit the site! This includes: captioned photos showing the outside and roof of the building, point of origin, affected areas, interactive Xactimate estimates, a journal, an activity log, Work Authorization, Certificate of Satisfaction and third-party date and time stamped entries that let you see actual service levels.

You’ll also see moisture maps and other documentation that assures you that the job is progressing as it should. You can even communicate with us through our claim file and avoid voice mail tag!
